I am a personal fitness trainer who has been working in my field for more than 15 years. I have been helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and sometimes those goals are all about weight loss and for others it is getting into peak physical condition that athletes need to function on the field.
One of the reasons I started this blog is to help those that can’t access a personal trainer. I want to help you pick the right fitness equipment that will help you reach your goal.
